Policies

Custom Cakes & Sweets

Order Deadlines

  • All custom cake & sweets orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the event. 

Deposits

  • A 50% deposit of the total is required to secure your order. 

  • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours after receiving an invoice. 

Final Payments

  • Final payments are due at the time of pick-up. 

Cancellations 

  • Orders not cancelled within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 

Refunds

  • Orders must be cancelled 7 days before the date of pick-up to receive a refund for their deposit. 

Delivery/Pick up

  • Currently not offering delivery, orders are only available for pick up. Address will be provided on invoice after order is placed.

Federal Holidays/Closings 

Beba's Café is closed on the following holidays for orders and events.

Orders must be picked up a day before any federal holiday or scheduled closing, unless an arrangement is discussed prior.

  • New Years Day

  • Independence Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving
